Powderbark honey comes from the nectar of the Ironbark trees in Western Australia and boasts a lovely buttery-smooth texture as well as a mild hint of toffee and candy floss undertones. An easily-accepted honey variant for everyone’s palate!
Our Wandoo, with its lovely smooth flavour, is from Moondyne woodland which is located 87 kilometres from Perth. The apiary is set up amongst the Wandoo Trees on the top of a ridge. This Eucalyptus Tree tends to flower every 2-3 years.
