The Jarrah Tree (Eucalyptus marginata) is native to Western Australia and grows in the rainforests stretching from Perth to the South West. With a unique flavor profile, it is considered to be one of the most valued honey’s in Australia due to the ever dwindling forests that it originates from. It has a nutty malt flavor and an amber color. Recent studies have shown Jarrah to contain 2-3 times the amount of anti-oxidants compared to Manuka Honey, higher anti-bacterial activity as well as boasting skin repairing properties!
